The proper management of a dissemination program is conditioned by the availability of specific data at specific times during the program's execution. For better dissemination of information, good planning and management are necessary. The Project Planning and Monitoring-Evaluation Division is responsible for coordinating the development of the NGO's sectoral policy letters, supporting the development and ensuring the monitoring and evaluation of projects. To this end, it will be responsible for monitoring and evaluating sectoral policies and conducting medium-term sectoral analyses, studies and research, and synthesizing them for their integration into development options. Its role is also to strengthen the capacities of technical divisions and carry out ex ante and ex post evaluation of projects.
